You guys are serious huh?  I think the roast beef at Arby's is the worst thing in the world :)  Well, right alongside chicken nuggets and any other form of pressed meat.

The "roast" as you might call it is processed/pressed trimmings.  It is ground finely and then pressed/cured with gelatin and other binders.  So it's basically the "SPAM" version of beef.  FWIW, I hate SPAM too.  Picky, I know!
