Going sound dumb but Rye.......That is what the tag says....So I assume grain rye? How late do you go planting your favorite blend? I assume you are straight east and maybe a little north of me. I have more to plant once we start chopping silage in a couple weeks. Is hybrid brassica what I need to look for when I go shopping? I would like to try those as I have seen them in deer food plots. Where do you find your seed? I used the seed house in oneill here to start off. Not sure how exotic of stuff they keep on hand. Should also mention I am using a 5400 no till drill but I don't have small seed boxes on it yet. Will by the time I start the silage acres. 8 inch rows. Just layering in the box and mixing by hand! Not fancy but works. Took awhile to get set with all the different seed sizes.
