East Central Arkansas

On a midsouth cotton farm it was lay by  and we were usually directing some sort of hot preemerge herbicide under the cotton and also covering the middles with the spray. Back in the day when dinitro and bladex were still around they were often used for this trip. If you were going to furrow irrigate would use a small buster point or irrigation point to make a furrow.
