Not sure if there is any advantage to the high dollar ones. We have a Lakeland that I know is over 30 years old, probly closer to 35 or 40. I had to put a new o ring on the valve shaft, but that's all it's ever needed. Of course, back then, maybe they were all made good, but I'm sure it was a cheaper one.
