tbeck - 7/26/2017 15:03 I hate that damn snap connector for the ground probe. It could be any number of other setups, but when that snap gets tired its a Pain in the rear. I sure would be lost without it, though! ????????????????? While the Gallagher I'm referring to has a ground connector, it has a rubber cap on it and is not generally used unless you are looking for an extremely precise voltage reading. On the model I have you can ground it by pressing your thumb on the ground nub. Not really used. Here's a picture of the model I am talking about. In this web picture the person has their thumb on the ground post, but it is not necessary to have any ground on this unit.
