250.0 this morning. I've been seeing 249s several times this past week - but not today!
I have been running more, and my wife said I look thinner. I've noticed my blue jeans are a lot looser than before.
An employee cleaned out the cupboard at home to make way for 2017 canning, so I've been eating two eggs and pickles every morning. That has to be better than toast and biscuits?
