Subject: NH TG285 hyd issues

Tipp Co IN
Last 2 years hyd scv have been acting up on TG285. Had pressure tested by NH and said pressure fine. Hyd oil level regularly checked. Local dealer is not sure what issue is and we need help.

Scenario 1:
Pulling turbo till so scv 1 raise and lower om a timer with scv 2 running wings on continuous flow. The raise is fine but the machine will not go down at decent rate. It is 3x slower than timer to raise. If you disengage scv2 it will drop. This gets worse as day goes on. Also blew 4 of the depth detent valves so switched to hyd cylinder stops.

Scenario 2:
Pulling 15 knife gas bar. Scv1 is raise lower on timer, scv2 is gas valve timer and scv3 wing fold. Use scv 2 to shut gas off then raise on ends and if you bump button 2x or it has too much time to raise it moves scv2. Or if you fold wings and they are folded before timer is done then opens scv2.

What is causing this issue. Why is oli going through 2 scv but only using 1. Why is scv2 the issue? NH tech said they hove ghost valves and it is electrical issue but he wasn't sure this is issue. The local support is not sure what issue is.
