The systems in general do not operate in Reverse.
Most Trimble Autopilots do work in reverse, or at least the ones I have come across do! However, they DO NOT work in reverse on 4wd machines so I do not think it will work in reverse on a bi-directional tractor. Going forward should not be a problem but seeing as it is not a "Authorised Platform", you may have trouble finding someone to do it. Wouldn't be the first time a non-approved platform has been done ;-)
