Bloomington and Putnam IL | Stuck at 147 this morning but I did get down to 144 after the summer sizzler 5K Wednesday evening (did a slow 23:59 but the heat index was 104). Cooler on Saturday morning and finally beat a guy who always beats me by 15 seconds (did a 22:45 not bad since part of the run was on gravel). Wife ran her first no walking 5k at 37:24 and we passed quite a few coming back in when I ran the last mile with her. Son got a nice hybrid on Saturday night. It was only 7 or 8# but they are the strongest fresh water fish I have ever caught and it was fun watching it pull him all over the lake!
