250.4 this morning.
I saw a 248 this week, but Saturday night is date night for us and we went to a new little bar/restaurant in Mexico, Mo last night and I had a cup of clam chowder, a really good salad, a big ol' ribeye, fries, and a chocolate mousse for desert. So the scale won't let me fall under 250 for another week - I know who to blame.....
We had a busy week - we hosted a hay tools field day on the 12th that was a big success. We had over 400 people come out. Its amazing how much work that events like that take just to clean up afterwards.
On the exercise front, I went 6 miles yesterday morning with my wife on the trail. I ran about a third of it which is a lot for me. Then I hauled a dozer home and spent the day cleaning up around the home farm. We have an old brick house that we are dismantling. After the run, and riding the dozer all day, my old legs were aching kneeling in church this morning!
