Subject: Cutting firewood, how you do it?


Finland, up there in north where noboby farms!
Time to get ready for winter and cut some firewood for romantic nights. So, how do you do it?

This is what it takes here: 6520 JD whit cutter/slipter and Massey whit trailer. Not being Green man my self, I have to say that 6520 did that job well. Surely Massey could haul lot more wood that JD could cut, but you don't complane loaner machines! Cost to cut that wood? Probably cheaper just use oil for heating, but this was for romantic nights, so cost does not matter!
