| had a 2870, scania engine ,,, for 10 years then needed water pump, just get a rebuilt right- no , cant get rebuilts.
its either new for 900-1100$ or you can get seals and bearings for 160- 180$
neat trick was they had new ones in saskatoon , but i had to wait a week to get the kit.
it was in seeding but i had a spare tractor , on principal i ordered the kit
had service manual and did it myself. no problem since
if the tarctor will be around a while , and was my only main unit I would stock the kit | |
