My wife over rode my input and bought a Samsung convection range. Best Buy had some great prices on them and she's been happier than she's been with any range in our 40+ years of marriage.
She's a great cook and baker and knows her way around stoves, as well as my stomach.
I'm sure everyone has an opinion on a certain appliance brand, but we purchased a new Samsung French door refrigerator, convection range, and microwave in 2014. The microwave had to be replaced in 2015, the ice maker only works half the the time in the fridge, and the convection fan now hits the shroud in the oven.
We must have inherited the appliance curse. At the same time we got a Kenmore Elite dishwasher, and it only finishes its cycle half of the time. Our GE dryer needed a new dial when it was two years old, as well.
I have heard good things about Bosch and my parents have had a Bosch dishwasher for years. It seems to be pretty reliable. |
