I haven't had much luck with Kenmore.
funny how that works because I've had kenmore for 40 years...no problems. My last dishwasher was 14 years old...still cleaning great when I took it out. Just changed colors. But my brother is like you...no luck with Kenmore. Go figure.
All my Kenmore appliances are still going at 22 years old, new ones are junk.
