ncks | We did some last year to use in cooking.
Instead of worrying about the last bit of moisture and turning them brown we just quit when they were 90% dry and then threw thwm in a zip lock bag in the freezer.
Shrunk the volume a lot, no browning that way and work good cooking.
If you don't care to dry, just chop and freeze works well also.
Both ways are good, just slightly different when used, both are good.
Probably dry some again this year. | |
