Fruita CO | I cooked breakfast for the kids once when the wife was at work. Left a Correlle plate partly over an electric stove burner I forgot to turn off. ..about 15 - 20 minutes later it exploded into a million sharp little shards. If anyone had been in the kitchen, it would have been really bad.
About 25 years later, I asked my youngest son if he remembered that -he said "Are you kidding? That was one of the highlights of my childhood! " (He always liked noise & explosions)... | |
