You should be fine spraying 32% as far as the pump, valves, flowmeter go, yes, it is corrosive but as long as you rinse the system good it won't be a problem, most of the problem is letting the system sit with the fertilizer in it for an extended period of time.

You don't need stainless tip either, the plastic flood tips will do just fine. and as you know a thorough cleaning is essential to keeping your machine looking good.
