Northeast Iowa | I should say I am not trying to be contentious, just want folks to know there are some pretty good spots out there also. In general I agree about things being behind, perhaps a fair amount of fuel will be needed to dry this crop. Seems like a year of extremes here, when it was dry it was really hot 90+ and windy. When it rains, like last week, it floods, we had some beans under water by the Volga.
It would fun to stop by and see your set up sometime, I am sure you have driven by our place 1000 times, a tad north of the Oelwein Airport, don't be a stranger.
