| Not a problem at all. Only thing to worry about is engines and as long as it has a US emissions approval number on it's no problem. BIG RECCOMENDATION HERE> Go to a small border crossing where it's slow all day for them, they'll be more than happy to help fill out the paperwork with you. We purchased an air seeder 4 years ago and had no problem, small border crossing had to call bigger crossing (pembina) to see if there was a duty on something that was worth $60,000 and there wasn't.
