Some of the Trimble valves had little buttons on them so you could manually operate the valve. If they didn't have the button, you could stick a small allen wrench in the hole and activate it left and right. I've had to tap the allen wrench with a small hammer before to get it going. Keep going back and forth till it loosens up. The coil (usually blue), goes around a stem valve. In the end of the stem valve, there is usually a hole for this purpose. A picture of your valve would help...if you are able to do it, be careful - the wheels will turn.
