Subject: Re: Concrete Pit Construction

Done one 2 years ago don't really remember the size around 12' wide 24' long and 17' deep with a dog house on one end to bring the conveyer out and up to leg. I think it held around 700 bushel by the time they got the metal hopper in place. they say it works great open front hopper, turn on leg, shut door, pull up open other door, check dryer, shut door, wait till pit is empty and shut off leg. We were suppose to do another one just like it this last summer but didn't have time he got someone else. Have one to do next summer 12' wide 40' long and 14' deep with a dog house on the side. going to put 2 old center dump wagons in bottom with a auger coming from under the wagons to the center and up and out the middle to a conveyer to go to the leg.
