Sounds like you might have an issue with the roll calibration for the nav II. If the roll calibration is wrong it will consistently show that you are offline but never correct. The simple check for the roll calibration is to take your sprayer to an open level area, set a line and drive down it, then turn around and go down the same line. The wheel tracks of the machine should be in the same place if the roll calibration is correct.
