I had fords extended warranty. The tech forgot to refill the diff at its final warranted service. When it seized there were several dealership people came out to assist my wife and get the truck off the road. But when Ford refused the warranty claim they all had amnesia. I complained to Ford Canada customer service. After a couple weeks they called back to say my wife drained the diff on the way home. There's no drain plug. And my wife was in a wheelchair..
That is absolutely pathetic. What came of it? The domextic 3 make me sick on how they treat people. |
