South West Michigan | Now that the NO-TILL question has been brought up, Dad went to minimum-till about 12 years ago. We chisel corn stalks in the spring, which were disced in the fall and disc only bean stubble in the spring. Not only have the HORSEWEED as we call them "HERE" exploded,so have the abundance of INDIANA SEX STONES!! Seriously considering buying back the White 508 moldboard plow that turned down horseweeds and rocks. NEVER had this many weeds when doing full conventional till.
