I will note however that those who had acres designated as "prevented planting" this year due to the wet spring weather have nearly seeded all of it to wheat this fall.
There is little doubt that the number of acres seed to wheat this fall in Washington county is down compared to last year. Question is where are we as compared the five year average? My guess is around 1/4 to 1/3 less.
