Subject: Winter wheat potshot...Will combine go in next June?

southwest illinois
On Nov 10 I called local fertilizer dealer (they weren't very busy off course and sadly are sitting on a lot of cleaned wheat seed)

Airflowed on 3 bushel acre Patterson wheat (small seeded and good winterhardiness) into harvested corn stalks.

Incorporated with a disk with excellent soil conditions with disk set at 3-4 inches deep 5.5 mph with harrow
Got 1/2inch rain that night
I've done this in the past (earlier conditions)

It is kinda neat to see how a disks incorporates the wheat is in 1/2 - 1 1/2 inches deep

Guys that know me that my yield goal is 50bpa wheat followed by 50bpa doublecrop beans

My earlier wheat was drilled and is up looking fine
