Hay Hud Ohio - 6/24/2017 06:21 375-400 rpm is the sweet spot for a standard auger, once you get over 500 you don't gain anything, this assumes an intake at least 2x diameter long.

When you get an auger turning too fast the flighting isn't "open" long enough to let grain in and you will actually start to lose capacity.
