Sad when a jury trial is a lot better than playing the lottery. There sure are a lot of stupid jurors who like to spend other peoples money. At the rate things are going we will not have any companies that want to sell anything in fear that they will be sued. If they do, we will be paying the cost of litigation up front. The legal system is right behind the health care system on the broken systems list.
