SE NE | I've had a few instance lately where it seems my sprayer takes longer than normal to get on rate. Typically this is happening when coming out of the headlands or having to slow way down for a ditch. The sprayer is an Apache AS720 and the control is the Raven Envizio Pro. I think I read somewhere that clogged strainers can cause this, but as many times as I've had to clean them due to changing crops and 3 different soybean traits this year, I'm fairly confident that's not causing it. I've tried setting the low rate (in the alarms sections I believe) for both pressure and flow and that hasn't seemed to help at all. Could the control valve be wearing out already? The sprayer is only on its 3rd season so I'd be disappointed if that were the case, maybe they need cleaning periodically? Any ideas? | |
