Europe has drought that North America was supposed to receive. Apparently all the hot air in Washington has deflected the jet stream causing drought in Europe. You can blame that on Putin getting trump elected president. I'm not sure which is worse, drought or trump.
Sad that you think that Putin got Trump elected. Hillary did that all by herself.
