frederick, MD | Dealer A parts guy stopped by other week. Asked if I needed anything. I said no. Your too expensive. I am exclusive to dealer B now. Also your sales people won't call me back so I changed brands and bought all that equipment over there from dealer C. THey call me back and give me good service.
Next day management calls and tells me new salespeople have been assigned to me. I say oh just me. What about everyone else. Well everyone else is not having a problem they say. Oh yes they are. You just don't know it.
When dealer A was a large single store mom and pop shop they had good service. They cared about the customers. They offered advice. They helped. Now they own up teen stores and just collect money. Well they aren't collecting as much of my cash anymore. | |
