2 TB hard drive and Acronis software for cloning.

Some don't like Seagate drives but I have had good luck with them.

Depending on computer config you might need a device to power the new drive while cloning.

Like this USB SATA adapter that powers the drive and connects it via USB if need be.

If you have a second SATA connection you can use this device to just power the new drive and the SATA connection is much faster than the USB

Acronis works well. It copies operating system, all programs all files settings everything it is just like an exact copy of the old drive
