We do have a couple harnesses on the way which are supposed to connect to the seat switch. With our long rounds the operator presence feature just doesn't work conveniently.
You cannot connect to the seat switch in the combine, operator presence is dedicated to the header. You will have to satisfy the activity monitor every 7 minutes.
ATU in combines works awesome. I have seen it in all platforms and can think of probably 60-70 customers who have it installed on mainly Deere's, but Lexions and Cases as well. On ours, with a 29.5ft. header, we had it dialed in at 29ft. with SF2 in wheat. Haven't seen another system work as well as the ATU in a combine application. |
