NE Wisconsin | I have a necklace (looks like a dog tag) that has my quick med info (heart valve/pacer), Also have a med card with updated meds next to my license in my wallet.
If I am around family all day, I don't wear the dog tags as it bounces on my chest/scar area while bumping around the fields and gets annoying. If I think I won't be near people that know my med history I make sure to grab it.
