As far as the med list. Laminate a card and list the meds, dosage and amount per day. Also the time of day. Carry it on your wallet. Also on the necklace or bracelet put emergency contact info on there. So they can call the person you wish if you are unresponsive. Mine is so old my mom is still on mine.
