Bloomington and Putnam IL | Had a good week and lost the 1 1/2 pounds I gained last week plus another half (at 148, lowest since 1981). I have been pretty disciplined so far with all the celebration meals out graduation parties this weekend (daughter has her party tomorrow). Looking forward to the Memorial Mile tomorrow morning. Hoping for a 6:30? (I have never ran a mile for time so this will be interesting). Have a nice week all! |
