IL | Just going to leave this link here. This is the county I live and farm in. 4 of the top 10 recipients of farm subsidies here have been bankrupt and owed my family money so I'm positive of this statement. They are also the largest farms in the county. The number one recipient of subsidies in my county is a bank!!!!!!!!!!
Let's hear more about subsidies not favoring large risky operations.
