Had an active week (just yesterday ran a morning 5K in a downpour and a 2 mile "cool" down after the race and then went on a 5 mile fun run yesterday afternoon) but back up to 150. Just had a few more carbs and a little sugar this week. Body might be telling 150 is where I need to be? Still shooting for 145 though..
