What seems to be the problem? What do you feel is stupid ....?
The problem is the one size fits all approach to the buffer law. It's a land grab for the benefit of pheasant habitat under the guise of clean water. Want clean water as much as anyone else, but the approach taken here in MN and by Dayton will not fix water quality.
And I guess being the tiny fraction of the population farmers are, we are the boogie man that's goal is making piles of money and environmental destruction. A false narrative being pushed to create more government control. And the well fed and fat general population just buys it. |
