My guess is it is re averaging the numbers.

Possibly changes if you have clutches and the distance down before one-off isn't the same every time.

Our 1770 was over 1,000 a row and the sensors still worked fine.

I never believe numbers from a monitor until I have run several hundred feet from the Headlands and it gets a good count and the rows stop bouncing from crossing rows or tillage.
