Yorkshire UK | Phantom 4 is probably overkill for that though agree it's more or less best consumer level just now. DJI have streamlined the range recently, but you can still get the Phantom 3 Standard which is more than capable of what you were thinking at lower price. To get started you could look out for someone selling the earlier P3 Pro or Advanced which shared the p4 control system
