Last Sunday I drove from Charles City to Algona to my daughters. Which I went thru Mason City. Mason City was the wettest spot on that drive. When I got west of Brit the planters were running pretty hard. It just amazes me the mood of the farmers. This is the most cautious they have been in years on planting
