Passengers cause more problems than crews, IMO.
Idiots thinking that they're special and rules don't apply to them. Excess baggage, too big of baggage for carry-on, sitting in the bar area (through the final boarding calls) and making the gate just as they're closing it, etc.
No, thanks, I'll drive and put up with the belligerent road hogs. Being part of the flight crew would be worse than being a school bus driver.
