I'm not sure what all happened or led up to the stroller thing, but I have 2 observations.

That's the fakiest cry from the distressed woman I've ever seen.

The airlines guy over-reacted a bit, but if I were the crew, I would've had that "Mr Rambo Do-Gooder" guy threatening the agent removed immediately & detained for questioning. If his wife that was trying to get him to sit down wanted to fly ahead without him, that would've been her choice. That passenger guy was a jerk.

I suspect there are now people hoping to make it on the tv news with airline altercations. They're hoping for "settlements" from airlines for their discomfort.
