I'm not sure what you think will happen with higher interest rates but it's only going to benefit people who already have money and wealth. I remember, some guys were getting 15% on cds when guys were paying 18% on operating notes. Buying land will always require 1 of 2 things, wealth or courage, sometimes both. If it was easy everyone would do it.
