I am going to assume that you mean that you have 2 sets of wires going to two different places and you want to determine which wire goes to which place. I have not tried it, but could you hook a 12v battery out of a vehicle to one of the sets and then test the other end with a 12v test light? If it was me, that is probably what I would try.
