Yes, Best to stay away from one that has been "Warranted" unless it can be purchased for the trade price of the receiver alone, the activations have zero value since they cannot be transferred to another receiver under any circumstance. I would hate to see anyone fall for this and pay nearly full list price for a receiver, radio and activations when the activations hold no value.
