Do your shape files have 3 or 4 file components? All should have a .shp, .dbf., .shx. some software exports a fourth file which is .prj. Do your Rx have the .prj? Does the Pro700 require that file? I do know that some software requires the .prj file and it would not surprise me if the 700 requires it as well.
