Subject: RE: induction cooktop

NW Washington
A friend of mine has one in their home after a big remodel job. His wife likes it as it is a lot faster than regular electric or gas for that matter. If you buy one all your cookware must be steel or iron and I think a magnet has to stick to the pan for it to work. So new cookware could be another expense. A circuit board in their failed once, but it was still under warranty when that happened.
