Subject: RE: Anyone good at old car body work?

Beresford, SD
A few years ago I finished a similar project, took me 8 years.......I don't have a ton of spare time. It was my high school car, that my father bought brand new as a family car in 1979. I had a lot of tips, pointers and special tools from two different friends that are body men. Patience! It took all the patience I had, but in the end I did it all myself except for shooting the paint, did that in my friends paint booth. The best part of the build was putting the engine that dad and I built on the dyno. Now, my Impala is sitting in the garage with a knocked out Ford 9".....got a little carried away last summer. Hope to get it fixed the next rainy spell.
